TO PURCHASE A YEARBOOK SENIOR TRIBUTE AD 2021, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM https://forms.gle/FFDpC9ehLoQkEhC46. All submissions will be processed in the order they are received, and calls will be made to each parent at the end of August to schedule SEPTEMBER appointments. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM BY AUGUST 31 TO GUARANTEE AN APPOINTMENT AND SPACE. All appointments will TAKE PLACE in September based on availability—so please use this time to gather childhood images, think about the message you want to write and schedule a senior photo shoot for your senior as soon as possible so you are prepared and ready for your ad appointment. Senior photos used in tribute ads are NOT the same images taken for their yearbook portrait by Shoob. You will need to attend your scheduled senior ad appointment with a completed application, your message, photos and payment. Please see the senior ad information sheet for details!
